2. Service Booking and Cancellations

Quotes and Estimates: Any quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection of the property.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access: It is the client's responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to provide access will result in a lock-out fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the cleaning service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payment methods. Unpaid invoices past 30 days may incur late fees.

4. Liability and Damages

While our staff is trained to treat your property with the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen. Prestige Cleaning carries liability insurance. If any damage or breakage occurs during our service, you must notify us within 48 hours. We reserve the right to inspect and either replace or repair the damaged item. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or items of extreme sentimental or high monetary value unless previously disclosed and assessed.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, specifically within Santa Barbara County.
